Jocelyn at CETech was great to work with when I was having problems getting my VPN connection to work smoothly, getting my 2nd monitor setup, and getting my printer setup all so I could work from home during COVID-19. She was quick to respond, very knowledgeable, caring, and patient, which has made for a great experience working from home!
