With over 20 years of IT experience and a degree from RIT, Fred is passionate about solving the ever-evolving puzzles of technology. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball with his kids and golfing with his wife.

Sue combines an MBA from RIT with real-world tech expertise, helping clients achieve success through clear communication. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, golfing, running, and walking her dog, Bubba.

Rich has nearly 30 years of consulting, operations, and leadership experience in IT, holding degrees from Syracuse University and RIT. He strives to create workplace efficiency and bridge the gap between those who "speak IT" and those who do not. Rich loves the challenge of helping people benefit from technology in business and everyday life. Outside of work, he enjoys bike riding, playing piano, and spending time at baseball fields with his wife and two teenage boys.

Although I was born in Rochester, and I will always proudly call it and The Finger Lakes home, I spent my adolescence in "America's First Tourism Town," Newport, RI.
Moving back to Rochester I graduated from Eastridge H.S. ("Go Lancers!"), I am an Alum of RIT ("Go Tigers!") and have spent 30 years building relationships, promoting, marketing and selling services for world- class organizations destinations offering exemplary products and service - all totally in line with CE Tech's Team.

With 13 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Jenn helps clients leverage IT to simplify their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, refinishing furniture, and spending quality time with her family.

I bring 8+ years of IT Account Management & strategy experience to the team at CETech. My goal with clients is to understand the goals and objectives of the business, and align the appropriate technology and security protocols to achieve those goals. I have always had a fascination with 'technology', from video games/entertainment systems, to medical devices, which I benefit from daily as a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump. Technology has the ability to transform lives and business, and I'm happy to help inform decisions about it! I spend my free time lifting weights, targeted at sports-performance. I play in a pickup men's lacrosse league in the winter, and try to golf when the weather is nice as much as I can.

With a decade of customer service experience, Reed loves simplifying technology for others and enhancing their work lives. Outside of work, he enjoys managing a gaming community, participating in local Ultimate Frisbee, and exploring his artistic side through painting.

Wendy has over 20 years of accounting experience in the IT industry, bringing accuracy and attention to detail to her role. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her kids, walking her dogs, watching movies, and going on adventures with family and friends.

With five years in IT and customer service, Jake finds joy in understanding and adapting to new technologies. In his spare time, he loves building gaming computers, playing video games, writing and recording music, and enjoying fishing trips.

Aaron has over ten years of diverse technical experience, helping clients navigate their IT challenges daily. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, watching movies, and embracing the great outdoors with friends and family.

With more than six years of IT support experience, Connor is fascinated by how technology has evolved to fit into our daily lives. He enjoys gaming, especially in virtual reality, and loves reading and writing science fiction.

With over 25 years in managed IT services, Chris enjoys helping people connect and share ideas globally. At home, he’s a dedicated family man who loves camping with his wife, two daughters, and their pets.

Nicholas enjoys the ever-changing landscape of IT, embracing new challenges and learning opportunities. With a curious perspective, he aims to enhance the team. In his free time, he loves playing and recording video games.

With over 20 years of IT experience, David thrives on the excitement of technology's evolution. He offers extensive knowledge in technical support and help desk management. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking and traveling with his wife to Yankee games, as well as spending time with his kids and grandkids.

With over 20 years of IT experience, Steve excels at understanding how technology interconnects and making systems work seamlessly. When he's not solving tech challenges, he enjoys exploring the latest technology and spending time with his family.

Edward combines his degree in Network and Computer Security with over three years of customer service experience, approaching IT challenges with a methodical mindset. Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, board games, and 3D design.

Jeremy's passion for troubleshooting and analytical thinking drives his work, where he brings care and compassion from previous roles. When he's not working, he enjoys researching IT trends and spending time outdoors with his family.

Daniel brings a Bachelor's degree in Computing Security and a passion for learning to his role, along with two years of customer service experience. In his free time, he enjoys camping, board games, and spending time with friends and family.

Luke is a technology solutions expert with a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and Computer Science. He brings a growth-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning to every project. With a versatile skill set, Luke thrives on finding innovative solutions that keep IT dynamic and engaging. Outside of work, he enjoys running, reading, tinkering with retro systems, and exploring his love for cooking.

Timothy is a technology solutions expert with a passion for turning advanced IT into practical solutions that feel like modern-day magic. He thrives on pushing boundaries and discovering innovative ways to solve complex, unsolved problems. Known for his creativity and determination, Timothy continually exceeds expectations by navigating new challenges with fresh perspectives. He finds satisfaction in tackling intricate simulations and scenarios that drive technological breakthroughs.

Leo approaches IT as a transferable skill set essential for real-world problem solving. With a background in ethical e-waste recycling and business sales, he brings a unique perspective that bridges technical expertise with client needs. A multilingual asset to the team, Leo speaks four languages. Outside of work, he is deeply involved in the local gaming community, where he manages tournaments and special events. In his spare time, you can find him cooking, racing, or tackling fix-up projects.

As an Army Airborne Infantry veteran, Taylor brings steadfast discipline and security-driven solutions to the team, thriving in fast-paced environments where failure isn’t an option. He finds the limitless scale of technology exciting and loves that there are always new systems to master. Having recently returned to Rochester, he enjoys rediscovering local gems like the Strong Museum with his family or catching an Amerks game.

Andrew is passionate about the power of technology to connect people and achieve the impossible. He brings years of hands-on experience managing a wide variety of systems, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new scenarios and challenges. Outside of work, Andrew is an avid photographer.

Luc brings a solution-driven mindset to IT, thriving on the challenge of finding the right solutions to ensure technology empowers work rather than slowing it down. He approaches every issue, from connectivity and shared drives to application support, with patience, clarity, and a genuine commitment to helping people. At the core, he focuses on seamless execution to make the user's day easier. Outside of work, Luc is a drummer and anime enthusiast who stays active at the gym, serves his church community, and enjoys traveling to explore new places.

Mark brings 5 years of dedicated experience in IT support and hardware/software troubleshooting to our team. Driven by a curiosity to understand exactly how things work, he loves the challenge of figuring out the best solutions to keep your systems running smoothly. When he isn't resolving tech issues, you can find Mark staying active while cycling or unwinding with some video games.
